I would like to particularly thank Mr. Zoran Balog for being very accomodating and completing the job in a timely manner. I also heard comments from a neighbor that Zoran and his crew were "neat" and one building staff commented that they do "clean work." I appreciate Mr. Zoran Balog's efforts to compensate for some shortcomings in some products that I ordered on my own, which saved the project for me.

And of course I would like to thank Ms. Sandra for her patience and helpfulness. It all started with her helping me pick a wood that I liked. Your wood installation staff did a wonderful job as well.
